Project Description
Located along the Atlanta Beltline in the Old Fourth Ward, 760 Ralph McGill is a 313,487 sq. ft. mixed-use office development comprised of two 11-story Class A office towers connected by an elevated pedestrian bridge. Street-level retail and structured parking support walkability and strengthen connectivity within the surrounding mixed-use development. Organized around a central plaza, the project reinforces access to Historic Fourth Ward Park and the Beltline corridor while capturing views of downtown Atlanta. Modern glass façades and sustainable design strategies target LEED certification, supporting long-term performance and contributing to the area’s growing commercial presence.

Vice President
Marvin Bailey’s experience in the construction industry began with his father in the drywall business. He worked as a foreman early in his career before moving into project management. As a project manager, Marvin earned a reputation as an exceptional leader with an impeccable work ethic and keen eye for detail.
Today Marvin is leading Brasington Bailey’s team of skilled craftsmen. He brings 35+ years of field experience and a vast knowledge of finishing systems to every job he encounters, ensuring that the company’s high standards for quality, consistency and dependability are always achieved.

As President of Brasington Bailey, Doug Dillard plays an integral role in all aspects of the business including sales, estimating, project management, client relations and strategic planning. Before coming to Brasington Bailey in 2019, Doug held several positions with a large general contractor including Field Engineer Superintendent and Self Perform Trades Manager. This enabled him to gain first-hand knowledge of what it takes to make a project successful from our customer’s point-of-view. From sales and cost management to estimating and production management, Doug’s insight helps our company understand the challenges that our customers face and offer practical solutions to positively impact their bottom line. Doug is an especially valuable resource during pre-construction planning, assisting with budgeting early on to minimize surprises and unforeseen costs later.
Doug is a resident of Peachtree Corners with his wife Morgan and holds a Construction Management degree from Georgia Southern (2012).

Prior to co-founding Brasington Bailey in 2013, Eric had a long-standing career in the construction industry. He was first introduced to the fundamentals of construction at a young age by working with his father. In the early 1990’s, while attending the Southern College of Technology in Marietta, he went to work for one of Atlanta’s large specialty contractors.
Today, Eric leads Brasington Bailey on its mission of being the drywall subcontractor of choice for its customers. He is dedicated to building and maintaining successful working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors and employees. It is these relationships that have made Brasington Bailey the organization it is today.
